You retain full ownership of all data, media, and customer leads generated through our services. Our team builds and manages your visibility system, but all content, results, and access belong to you.
You are responsible for additional third-party tools or costs required to run your growth system effectively. This may include, but is not limited to:
Paid ad budget (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
Business phone number(s) or texting services
Domain and email hosting services
Review platform or automation tools
While ad spend is included up to a set limit within your plan ($200 or $300), you may choose to scale beyond that at your own discretion. Additional spend is not included in the monthly service price.
Recommended minimum budget: $5–10/day for local growth
All ad spend is paid directly to the ad platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
We are a visibility and growth service provider, not a direct lead seller.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that:
Our team creates and manages your content, ads, and review system
Growth depends on multiple factors (market, competition, platform behavior)
No specific number of leads or sales is guaranteed
Results are impacted by consistency, time in market, and your engagement with the process
You agree to:
Be available for scheduled video shoots
Approve or provide content materials as needed
Keep payment methods and ad accounts active and funded
Engage in monthly check-ins or reporting calls, if included in your plan

If your content reach, ad performance, or review activity shows no positive movement over 30 days, we will perform a bonus content shoot or campaign optimization — at no extra charge.
